Always, always improve and upgrade. But do not upgrade for upgrading’s sake. Be sure to analyze if the upgrading decision contributes to improving your house and not adding clutter to it.

One thing people have a hard time dealing with is patience and waiting for the right opportunity. I myself am a victim of this.

But we have to learn this virtue because it will bring great rewards.

Thanks for the information! Sometimes, when we’re on the verge of desperation, we tend to lose sight of the bigger picture. This is a great reminder to learn to wait just a few more to get better deals.
