		<description>I think that back ground checks are becoming part of our everyday existence. I don't mind if an employer asks for a background check as long as they run the check through a private and reputable company. Another thing to consider is who has access to the background information. I have a friend who worked at a company that ran background checks on all their employees and one of the employees used the background check to run checks on his potential new girlfriends. I thought that was way out of line.</description>
